WHAT WE DO
Digital media projects get crazy sometimes.
Money is spent with not much to show for it.
It’s not clear how we got here, it’s just clear that there’s a problem.
We’re here to help.
We deliver workshops, consulting and one-on-one coaching to help project leads set up for success,
clear obstacles and deliver awesome results.
We support project planning and project management for:
what makes us different
Productivity. Creativity. Sustainability.
We focus on these 3 results in everything we do.
We leverage our decades of experience in communication,
learning theory, media production and project planning & delivery.
We teach project leads how to organize information, how to problem solve,
and how to get everyone on the same page, inside and outside the project team.
We all have talents to share. A project that runs well empowers the team to do their best work. We partner with experts - producers, product managers, teachers and engineers.
